Thai Basil

Thai basil has many health benefits, including vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients:

Vitamin A is important for vision and healthy skin and mucosa, and may help protect against lung and oral cavity cancers. Potassium helps control blood pressure and heart rate.
